Prepare to Lead Weekend Experience!

Over an 8-week period culminating in an epic weekend experience, you and nine others will Prepare to Lead in your business, family, community and most importantly - yourself.

We will gather together to complete the six-module Prepare to Lead coursework in a virtual community environment where you will get to know one another and engage in the challenging work of Preparing to Lead!

At the end of the six-week Prepare to Lead study you and the group will gather together in-person at a beautiful home in the Cascade Mountains of Washington State for a weekend of deeper work and outdoor adventure! 

Lead Instructor Nick Anderson draws on 25 years of professional experience leading teams, groups, and individuals through the process of leader development. Nick has led men's weekends throughout Washington State and Colorado.

Co-Lead Instructor David Stratman has led hundreds of men through small groups and weekend experiences. He focuses on teaching self-awareness and emotions, processes for clarity of mind and purpose, and practical tools and application for strength in identity.
